mccw Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mccw website located at https://mccw.io ("Platform"), including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered therein. The Platform is operated by mccw ("mccw", "we", "us", or "our").

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one mccw account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. mccw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where multiple accounts are detected.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mccw will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mccw operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit the following documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time at mccw's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mccw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mccw does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier section.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• mccw reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating account if a KYC check has not been completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. mccw reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report transactions to relevant authorities where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is suspected. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering purpose.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the mccw platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds before confirming a wager. mccw does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on mccw cover pre-match and live in-play events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. 6.1 General Bonus Terms

Where bonus abuse is detected, mccw reserves the right to void all bonuses, void related winnings, and suspend the associated account(s).

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mccw platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports fraud.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from mccw.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mccw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

mccw's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to mccw in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

mccw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
